Billing

For concerns regarding the billing of your move or storage.

Please keep in mind that we bill round trip, starting your charges when our crew leaves the warehouse to go to your move, and ending when they return to the warehouse after your move (with the exception of flat-rate jobs). This is billed in 15-minute increments to the next nearest quarter hour (e.g., if your move ended at 7:52 pm, your billing would go to 8:00 pm).

Your contract includes a Total Estimated Price based on the anticipated scope of your move. If unseen circumstances arise on-site, or if your move requires additional time or services not reflected in the original estimate, Muscular Moving Men will provide a written addendum. As required by Arizona law, we must obtain your written acknowledgement of these specific additional fees before we can provide the extra services or continue the move.

Your signature on the original document indicates you have reviewed the terms and conditions of your move, and agree to the state-mandated disclaimer: 'By signing this disclaimer, I acknowledge that the household goods mover may refuse to unload and deliver my household goods until I have paid the total estimated price set forth in this contract. I can cancel this contract at any time prior to the moving company providing services'

**NOTE: Even if an item is destroyed, please make sure to keep it on hand until the claims process has ended. Depending on the reimbursement, we may elect to pick up your item to bring back to our warehouse once resolution has been reached. **
