We understand that the recent news and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation may have caused you to re-think your move plans. Rest assured, we will do whatever we can to support you and your family and will continue to operate safely and legally. We are continually monitoring the situation and will ensure that precautions are taken to stay safe. Increased frequency of hand washing among our teams with soap and water for at least 20 seconds along with requiring staff to avoid working when they feel ill and sanitizing equipment and trucks daily is part of our new procedure.

We are also asking that you help protect us. If you or a family member are feeling any of the symptoms of Covid-19, or have had close contact with someone who has, please let our move specialist know so that we can reschedule your move.

As of April 6th, 2020, we have further updated our precautions. We check every employee’s temperature before work each day, and mask and gloves are required during work hours. We will continue to update our policies based on CDC recommendations and customer feedback.
